It depends on the job description and position, but someone who can start work immediately.
Q. For example, what kind of skills are you looking for?
If I am looking for someone for the food service industry, I look for someone with chef experience. If I need someone for clerical work, I look at their computer skills, customer service skills in English, and telephone skills. For the retail industry, potential candidates should have competent English skills, in addition, to their native language skills.
